Given the firm’s involvement with civil law, we undertake litigation for our clients in cases of civil law, particularly cases regarding motor vehicle, medical, family and inheritance law and lease disputes. A significant part of our activities in this area is legal counseling in acquisition/disposal of real estate (investigation in property legal status, preparation of draft contracts and legal advice). We also undertake contract drafting and personal agreements for our clients, with high regard for civil and commercial leasing.
