Vasilis has been a member of the Bar Association of Kavala since 2003 and since 2017 a lawyer at the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos).

Vasilis graduated from the Law Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2000), with a grade of “very good”. He holds postgraduate degrees (Magister Legum-LL.M.) from the German University Ruprecht Karls-Universität-Heidelberg (2002), where he completed his postgraduate thesis on European SA Company Law, and from the Democritus University of Thrace, Department of Commercial Law (2003), where he prepared his postgraduate thesis on Stock Market Law.

Vasilis is a legal advisor to leading SA companies in the region, among which there are companies listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.

He specializes in Commercial Law with an emphasis on Business Law, Civil Law, and Financial Criminal Law.

Vasilis also specializes in Real Estate Law, undertaking real estate research at the Land and Property registry, drafting real estate transfer contracts, providing legal advice in the field of real estate, and taking over the completion of the procedure for the issuance of “Golden Visa”.

Practicing litigation law, he has handled with great success cases of civil and commercial law and has represented multinational companies in Greek courts, including in the oil sector.

He speaks fluent German, English, and Spanish as working languages.
